How to Hack the Power of Habits to Reprogram Your Thinking [Infographic]
We all have daily habits that save us time and money.
You may arrive at work every morning by 7 a.m. with breakfast and coffee in hand, then plan to host your team meetings early afternoon.
These are things you do as a routine so you don’t have to spend any brainpower or time making decisions, helping you stay focused on what’s important.
Hack the Power of Habits to Achieve Success
Habits are wonderful tools for productivity, but bad ones can hurt your focus and your wallet.
If you’re having a particularly busy month and get in the habit of staying in the office later, planning to grab dinner on the way home, you’re no longer focused on work but on your stress.
It seems like a good solution at the time, but you may find yourself validating to-go dinner more often or procrastinating projects until the evening.
Reprogram Your Thinking to Get the Most Out of Your Day
Bad habits are notoriously hard to break. This is where the power of habits recommends you redirect your bad habits into positive change.
Understanding how your brain builds and depends on habits can help you realize what triggers your habits. This gives you the opportunity to stop the automation and develop healthier habits.
Below is an infographic from Turbo that explains habit formation so you can use the power of habits to maintain your budget and productivity.

Nice information. Thanks for sharing the article in the blog.
One hack I’m using is to reduce the number of decisions that I have to make. For example:
-What are you going to have for breakfast?
-What are you going to wear to work?
-When are you going to take your first break?
-When are you going to have lunch?
Just make more room for the important decisions in time by setting up repeatable systems for yourself.
