Although it’s still being practiced today and is working well, network marketing used to be all about prospecting your friends and family for the purpose of joining your home-based business, then having them do the same.

As I have learned through hundreds of hours of reading books, studying successful marketing professionals, watching educational Webinars/videos and speaking with successful marketers; network marketing is not about selling, it’s about ‘Education and Understanding’ to quote Eric Worre (the Network Marketing Pro).

Although it’s not in my DNA to pitch products or services to people, I have decided to remove the word ‘Sell’ from my vocabulary and re-adjust my thought process with the understanding that people do not want to be sold.

When people arrive at this site, the chances are they are wanting to find problem solving solutions to the issues that they have been struggling with… the reader wants to find that somebody understands their issue and offers advice to resolve it.

I have discovered that the majority of the readers of this blog are looking for solutions to gain targeted traffic back to their site. People that visit this blog are looking to be educated so they can increase their bottom line… (i.e.) gain greater exposure for their website and increase leads for their business.

Why I Choose Network Marketing!

For years now, I have sat back and watched people I know turn their knowledge into an ever-flowing cash pool. I have witnessed many turn their hard work into $10,000 a month to upwards of $70,000 per month incomes… all this being done in a 1 to 2 years time span.

I’ve been sitting on the sidelines long enough watching others live their dreams… NOW it’s my turn and network marketing is the KEY to success!

In my field of expertise (Search Engine Optimization), I have realized that I have the opportunity to educate people with the ever changing search engine algorithms AND share the wisdom that I have gathered through countless hours of study and conversation with other successful entrepreneurs and leaders in the network marketing community.

Because helping others is the path that leads to success; I have made the commitment that this blog will consist of solutions to many issues that people face today. Internet marketing is the new future of the home-based small businesses, in particular, that of network marketing.

Choosing network marketing is a way for me to have my own home based business without paying for product research, buying any inventory, dealing with expensive software, paying a huge franchise fee, worrying about employees, or being stuck with trying to figure out my own marketing plan.

With network marketing I don’t have to worry about the doing, ALL I have to work on IS the DUPLICATABLE Marketing Plan that my direct-selling business has put together for me. The company handles the shipping, customer support, product research and development and all I have to do is put forth the effort.

NOTE: In network marketing, I have learned that it doesn’t matter what works, it only matters what duplicates.

The idea behind network marketing is that I can start my own business working from home, WITHOUT a huge upfront cost and it’s in the company’s best interest to help me achieve success.

People that have taken the opportunity to be their own boss are the ones that have the most control over their life.

– If you work for someone else, you are in their control no matter how hard you work or how many years you have dedicated to the company, there is no real security. You can come to work one day to find out that you don’t have a job any longer.

Network Marketing Can Be Challenging

There are going to be days that you have ups and downs that can be quite dramatic, but if you put your Man of Steel, Superman suit on and allow the minor setbacks to bounce off your chest by keeping your mindset on your “Why” (main purpose for choosing network marketing), then it will be so worth it.

The ONLY way for you to fail in network marketing is if you QUIT!
